Cylindrical
A cylindrical panorama is generated by 'stitching' together a series of photographs taken from a fixed point.
The resulting image has a 360 degree horizontal field of view and a limited vertical field of view.
Cylindrical panoramas can be printed, presented as a flat image, or viewed interactively on a web page using QuickTime or Java.
